Bet365 Review: Our Verdict

Is Bet365 Any Good?

Bet365 is a great sportsbook and a UK betting power brand. Whether you log in on your PC and dissect your bets with stats and research or you regularly load up their app and punch in a quick bet, they've got you covered. In this review, we'll dig deeper into the attributes of the brand, the betting tech and the bonuses, but if you need a quick endorsement then here it is.

Bet365 really is one of the best betting platforms in the world. I've been using the site for as long as I can remember (around 20 years) and have always had a bet365 account as one of my trusted platforms.

A fast and reliable betting site

They've developed a fast, reliable product, its market leading, with no ridiculous gimmicks or tricks to get you spending more. They just do the basics really well and that's probably why most regular punters have an account already.

They've always got a good welcome offer and they are generous with the deals if you opt-in to marketing. They don't spam the hell out of your inbox and you can set spending limits with their responsible gambling tech.

If you're a regular but respsonsible punter looking for a reliable betting partner, we highly recommend bet365

Bet365 Review: Common Complaints

Naturally, customers do have complaints and I had a look around at what people are saying. The thing you have to appreciate about sports betting is that most complain when they lose and they look for a reason to justify a heavy loss. I've been there and had to learn to be more reasonable and responsible with my spending.

So you'll see common review sites like Trustpilot or similar are plastered with angry customers who have lost their cash. Here are some of the most common issues.

  • Slot games not paying small wins: So players see a consistent run of no wins on a spin, which is unusual, but if you're playing a lower RTP slot or a progressive Jackpot, the algorithms have to calculate losses to pay for the bigger wins.
  • Getting banned for winning: This is a difficult one, you're not supposed to win every bet. A) it looks suspicious and B) the site won't lastif we're all winning. You've got to be a decent bettor and win a lot to get banned, but it does happen and is one of the unfortunate hazards of gambling
  • I won but bet365 won't pay me my money: There's often a logical reason for this, for most it's KYC. Know Your Customer is an anti-money laundering process that we're all supposed to carry out in order to bet. If you haven't done it, some bookies can refuse your payout until you've completed the process. Sometimes (no often) they have to check for suspicious betting patterns around markets.
  • I didn't get my bonus: This happens quite often and I can tell you in 99% of the cases it's user error and the 1% that aren't user error, rarely go onto review sites ranting, because they get it fixed through customer support. It's mostly players who were previous customers trying to (covertly) reactivate through a new account and get a new bonus. Other times a qualifying condition has not been met - always read the terms and conditions! Don't be a bonus abuser

Bet365 New Customer Offer

Bonus: Bet £10 & Get £30 in Free Bets

Min deposit requirement. Free Bets are paid as Bet Credits and are available for use upon settlement of qualifying bets. Min odds, bet and payment method exclusions apply. Returns exclude Bet Credits stake. Time limits and T&Cs apply.

MAX BONUS:   £30 WAGERING:   0 MIN DEPOSIT:   £5
NO CODE REQUIRED

This is a really good welcome offer with what is essentially a 300% deposit bonus. The capped bonus of £30 isn't the world's biggest free bet offer, but crucially there's no wagering on winnings. So it's a pretty healthy offer from bet365 if you're a new player, plus what you win gets paid in cash.

Bet365 have a great platform, so they don't need to lure you in with tricky terms or loopholes. The terms are pretty clear, your welcome offer gets paid into a separate bonus fund and it's all very easy to follow. If you're looking for a betting bonus where the winnings are paid as cash, then this is the offer for you.

A rewarding welcome bonus

You're not likely to walk away with thousands but in terms of accessing the site and using the bonus to test out the platform, it's fairly rewarding with very few qualifying limitations. It is a free bet, but remember, you do have to deposit a minimum and bet before you get the free bonus.

Bet365 Review: Offer Tips & Advice

If you're looking for value in your free bet then we suggest the £10 deposit and first bet approach - if you can afford that. The percentage based bonus applies to your first bet only, so you don't need any additional qualifying bets to get the upper amount like some other welcome offers, so we feel like it's quite an easy to access maximum bonus.

The minimum deposit option of £5 is always available if you're more mindful of your betting spend and is a more responsible approach. But on this occasion, the difference is having an extra £15 in free bets to use off just one qualifying bet.

Once you've qualified and your bet credits are applied, don't just jump into the first bet you see. Choose something you're familiar with and look for favourable odds. Remember the bonus is designed to help you test the site with less risk to your money, so think about splitting the reward up into smaller bets and testing out some of the different betting markets, as once you have a bonus balance with bet365 you can use that around the site on different bets.

Look at the different singles markets and bet when there's more choice, like a soccer Saturday when there's plenty on. If you're going to place a risky multiple or a bet builder, choose a modest amount so you don't waste the whole bonus in one go.

When the market is limited, people tend to panic bet because they have a free bonus available.  You've got up to 30 days to claim the bonus when you join, so don't rush it if you can't see anything you fancy testing the bonus on. If you've claimed you can leave it for up to 90 days in the bonus balance. Free bets will be forfeited and removed if your account is inactive for 90 consecutive days.

How To Claim This Offer From Bet365

  • Sign up, make a qualifying deposit and then claim the offer.
  • If you deposit between £5* and £10* you will receive three times that value in Free Bets, upon settlement of qualifying bets. For example, if you make a qualifying deposit of £5, you will be able to release £15 in Free Bets or if you make a qualifying deposit of £10 or more, you will be able to release £30 in Free Bets.
  • To release your Free Bets, place a qualifying bet(s) to the value of your qualifying deposit and allow the bet(s) to settle. Bets must be placed from your deposited funds to count towards the release of Free Bets.
  • Once your qualifying bet(s) has settled, you can use your Free Bets by selecting 'Use Bet Credits' in the bet slip.
Once you have met the qualifying conditions, you can use your Bet Credits to stake bets without risking your own cash. Bet Credits can be used on any sport across a wide range of markets. Any returns from bets placed with Bet Credits are added to your Withdrawable Balance, returns exclude your Bet Credits stake. You can also fund a bet with a combination of Bet Credits and cash.

If you don’t claim the offer at the time of your first deposit, you can do so at any time within 30 days of registering your account. Simply log in to your account, go to the Account menu, choose My Offers then click Claim Now for the relevant offer.

  • Available to new customers only. Make a qualifying deposit of £5* or more and claim the offer within 30 days of registering your account to qualify for 300% of that amount in Bet Credits, up to a maximum of £30* in Bet Credits. Once released, your Bet Credits will be held in your account balance and are non-withdrawable.
  • To release your Bet Credits for use, you must place qualifying bets to the value of your qualifying deposit (capped at £10*) and they must settle within 30 days of claiming the offer. Only qualifying bets placed and settled after claiming the offer will count towards this requirement.
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, paysafecard and all other prepaid credit and debit cards, where available, cannot be used for either your qualifying deposit or any subsequent withdrawal of returns from Bet Credits stakes unless we have successfully verified an accepted form of your Identity Documents and you have entered a Postal Verification Code (PVC), or we have successfully verified two accepted forms of your Identity Documents. See condition 2 of full Terms and Conditions for details.
  • Bets placed must meet certain conditions to count towards the release of your Bet Credits:
    1. Must contain at least one selection at odds of 1/5 (1.20) or greater.
    2. Only the largest cumulative stake on an individual selection within a market/fixture combination (either pre-match or In-Play) will count towards the settled bets requirement.
    3. Where a stake has been partially Cashed Out, only the remaining active stake will count.
    4. Where a bet has been edited using our Edit Bet feature, only the new stake on the new bet will count.
    5. Fully Cashed Out, Instant Games, Gaming, Free Bets, void bets, In-Play bets which are settled as a push or Fantasy Sports entries will not count.
  • Your Bet Credits are non-withdrawable, and Bet Credits stakes are not included in any returns. Any returns from Bet Credits placed will be added to your Withdrawable Balance. Bet Credits cannot be used on certain products, offers/promotions and bet types. See full Terms and Conditions for details.
  • Your Bet Credits will be forfeit and removed if your account is inactive for 90 consecutive days.

Bet365 Review: Existing Player Offers

Bet365 don't have what we'd call the gimmicky types of promotions, like a spin the wheel or pick a box. And that's why we appreciate them so much. You know you're gonna a free bet here and there, so what's the point in these spin-a-wheel daily prize draws?

NOT GUARANTEED: But Bet365 will sometimes sling you a free bet via text or email. There's no fluff or faff, just a friendly bonus if you've opted in to receiving marketing and promotions, its very random, so opt-in and you might get lucky. Aside from that no-nonsense approach to existing player offers, they have the following accessible promotions.

  • Bet Boost: Get a bigger price on a selected runner for every UK & Irish horse race and on chosen markets for other selected sports.
  • 2 Goals Ahead Early Payout: Get selections settled early if the team you back goes 2 goals ahead
  • Soccer Accumulator Bonus: Up to 70% win bonus available for successful accumulators
  • Soccer Substitute Guarantee: If your player is substituted before half-time they'll return your stake as Bet Credits on selected markets – for multiple bets your remaining selections will be left to run
  • Bore Draw Money Back: Get a refund for any Soccer game that finishes 0-0
  • Full Time Result - Enhanced Prices: Take a bigger price on matches from the top competitions in England, the Champions League and Europa League

Bet365 Betting Review

Bet365 Sportsbook Review:

Bet365 Football Betting

Bet365 have a great football betting offering. They're a UK betting brand, so I still don't get why they signpost the markets with Soccer instead of Football! But I guess as it is a globally popular betting brand and soccer is, unfortunately, the internationally recognised word for the game - mehhh!!

The prematch betting markets are packed with variety. Sometimes there are too many bets available, which could be overwhelming if you're a newbie. But with that said, game based betting is pretty easy to navigate with lots of categories like players, goals, cards, and corners keeping it neat. If you're betting on a single match, you don't have to leave the screen view to find a bet.

The coupons could be a little easier to find, it's quite difficult to actually navigate to a daily coupon and get an acca on. We're fans of both teams to score ACCAs, so we feel this could be better as you have to trawl through different leagues or individual matches and build your ACCA that way.

The tools are great, listed as features on their site, which we'll go on to detail. But as expected they've got great live betting, cashout, live streams and even a decent bet calculator if you need it.

Football Promotions

One of Bet365's best features is the football betting deals for existing customers. They have lots of promotions available for football betting fans:

  • Bet Boost: Get an odds boost on preselected soccer bets. Bet boosts will appear ahead of the main football betting markets if they're available that day
  • 2 Goals Ahead Early Payout Offer: Bet on prematch football full-time result to win and if your team goes 2 goals ahead at any time, the battle gets settled as a win
  • Bore Draw Money Back Offer: Money back if the football match ends 0-0. If your bet loses because of a 0-0 result, bet365 will refund your stake - including bet builders
  • 70% Football Acca Bonus: Place a pre-match football acca (2 or more selections) on selected markets. If it wins Bet365 will add a 70% bonus
  • Each Way First Goalscorers: Unlimited places each way for a football first goalscorer. Paid out if your player scores during the game in 90 minutes
  • Full Time Result - Enhanced Prices: Where available this market gives you the option of taking an enhanced price on the full-time result for selected matches
  • Soccer Substitute Guarantee: Bet365 now cover that woeful feeling when your player bet is done before halftime because they've gone. It's rare, but occasionally your player bets are done before the game has even got up and running. If your player goes off at halftime, Bet365 are refunding that player with a bet credit

Bet365 Sportsbook Review: Free Bets

Bet365 regularly give out free bets as long as you have opted into their marketing comms. They're quite generous when it comes to deals, but don't expect free cash. They have a bonus wallet that is separate from your cash balance, so when you do get free bets and betting offers, they always appear in the bonus balance first. They are almost always no wagering offers, so what you win you keep, less the stake.

Regular free bets if you opt in

From time to time, you might see an enhanced bonus for a big game which might include free bets. But these are very random, so don't rely on them, things like placing a prematch bet before a match and get a free in-play bet.

There's no apparent structure to how these deals arrive, I'll guess the people at Bet365 calculate these promotions very cunningly in an attempt to get you betting on the big events. They can be useful if you like free bets, but the bookies have these priced up well and they're often the most volatile betting fixtures.

Free Bet Offers

Bet365 has loads of feature betting offers for existing offers, like early payouts and money back specials. The only existing customer free bet deal is a competition style free game called Goals Giveaway.

  • Goals Giveaway gives existing players the chance to win up to £10 in Free Bets every week of the season. It's a random game where you "Reveal" a fixture (up to five per week) and you win Free Bets dependent on the amount of goals scored in each game. So if you randomly get given Chelse vs Everton, you can earn Free Bets for four or more goals scored in that game.

Bet365 Bet Builder

Bet365 has an exceptional bet builder. It's a separate tool that you build independently of the bet slip so you can see what you're creating separately from any bets. It also adds the completed bet builder to your bet slip as a single item. Meaning it won't conflict with other bets on the slip and even better, you can use it as a single selection in other multiples - so you can double, treble, acca your bet builders.

  • One of the best bet builders we list
  • Combine builders as Accas
  • Inplay bet builders

You can bet build from the following markets: Match Result (Full Time or Half Time), Both Teams to Score, Number of Goals Scored, Players to Score (Anytime, First, Last, 2 or More, 3 or More), Corners, Cards (Total, Player Card or Red Card in Match), To Qualify or To Lift the Trophy, Match Shots, Player Shots on Target, Match Offsides

Bet365 has one of the best bet builder tools out there and has a solid team of people working on the functionality, it's been updated a lot over the last couple of years as they work on it constantly to innovate and advance the features.

Bet Builder Promotions

Bet365 has a selection of some of the best football betting offers and some of those are are available on bet builder bets. They're not specific bet builder promotions but do apply to their multiple markets as well as other acca style bets.

  • 2 Goals Ahead Early Payout Offer: If you add a team to win to your bet builder, Bet365 settle that selection as won if they go 2 goals ahead at any point in 90 minutes
  • Bore Draw Money Back: Bet365 will refund a bet builder where your selected markets qualify for a bet credit refund after a 0-0
  • Soccer Substitute Guarantee: If a selected player market is part of a Bet Builder bet, and your player is substituted before half-time (Not during), bet365 will return the stake as a Bet Credit

Bet365 Sportsbook Review: In Play & Live Betting

In Play - Bet365 live fixtures are available on the Bet365 homepage as soon you log in. But a lot of the games are tucked away in tabs, so you might have to go looking. The homepage has a prominent inplay link that takes you through to a coupon page where all the listed live games are available.

Match Live - The Bet365 live match console is a really detailed visual graphic display with fast descriptions of the action as it unfolds. We've all sat and watched our bets win or lose on the Attack >>> Dangerous Attack prompts. They were ridiculously addictive. Its no alternative to the real things, but is quite handy if you're a proper liver better, you get a good feel for the attacking pressure.

Stream Live - Some of the top European leagues are licensed as streamable events on Bet365, the quality isn't the best compared to TV and you have to have a bet on the game, but its a feature that not many other sportsbooks can boast.

Inplay Betting Markets - There's a huge amount of live betting markets and with data in the Match Live console, you're looking at the best in play service from available sportsbooks in our opinion.

Edit Bet - Bet365 edit bet is very innovative! And gives you the ability to add, swap or remove selections and increase the stake on unsettled bets both pre-match and In-Play

Acca Promotions

Bet365 quite often text out and email random prematch offers that settle as inplay events. So you make a prematch bet and you'll get an inplay bonus credit.  Agins there's no real pattern to this, it tends to be big events and for loyal customers who have consented to promotions being sent out.

But aside from those random deals, Bet365 also have a number of fixed promotions that are enhanced and often activated by inplay events.

  • 2 Goals Ahead Early Payout Offer: Bet on prematch football full-time result to win and if your team goes 2 goals ahead at any time, the battle gets settled as a win
  • Each Way First Goalscorers: Unlimited places each way for a football first goalscorer. Paid out if your player scores during the game in 90 minutes
  • Soccer Substitute Guarantee: Bet365 now cover that woeful feeling when your player bet is done before half time because they've gone. It's rare, but occasionally your player bets are done before the game has even got up and running. If your player goes off at half time, Bet365 are refunded that player bet a bet credit.

Bet365 Sportsbook Review: Accas & Coupons

Bet365 are great for accumulators and multiples in general. They were one of the first betting sites to let you combine multiples into accas - which is pretty cool. So if you placed a bet builder for example, they let you double it up with another acca and create multiples of multiples.

The edit bet tool is super useful, naturally, your odds reduce when you edit your bet as they're essentially buying your bet edited bet back at more favourable odds to them, but if something's gone wrong in your multiple and you think you can save part of the bet, its definitely worth it.

Not the best for coupons

Coupons are one of a small set of of negatives we found for Bet365, I find it really difficult to get all the leagues I want to put an acca on in the same view. Sometimes you just want a basic coupon section and despite lots of top class innovation, bet365 just don't have a decent coupon betting feature.

Bet365 Sportsbook Review: Cashout

Cashout is a really simple feature of the modern betting experience, but did you know that bet365 has 3 ways to cash out! It just amplifies what we've already suggested about the brand, that they're quite simply one of the best.

  • Cash Out has always been fast, you get a slight delay while the system processes your request, but it's been useful for me. If you're trying to tick the system expect it to play up. It's designed for those who have a knack for predicting the outcome of their bets while they're running, it's not designed to catch the bookie out with split second updates
  • Partial Cash Out can be worthwhile, it's not something I use regularly unless I'm pretty sure I can get the value out of a bet. If you're using it to place a desperate bet, then you're playing into their hands by reducing the value of the original bet and running the risk of the next bet losing
  • Auto Cashout Out For advanced bettors (I almost wrote traders there), that's exactly what it feels like. Setting yourself a price point for a cashout and if it reaches that level, the feature cashes out for you. I'm not a fan of this, it feels like you're backing out of the bet before it's even placed, so I've not really used it. I can see the appeal, but it's not something I've had any luck with

Bet365 Sportsbook Review: Odds

We found Bet365 were pretty average for odds on key markets. It's not a huge difference, but they weren't the absolute best for football odds. If you're not an odds comparer you probably won't notice, but I'd say some of the rival bookies will often have a slightly better price from time to time.

Bet365 makes up for pricing bets shorter with better deals and in my view a better service. If you only bet a small amount the difference is very minimal.

Bet365 Sportsbook Review: Virtual Betting

Bet365 doesn't make a lot of noise around their virtual betting. Personally, I don't think it's a responsible way to bet, the systems are designed to make a profit, so that means someone definitely has to lose and the algorithms could be against you.

There's a fair payout policy which explains the system, even though the returns are weighted towards the players, the house still gets a return, so in that sense, it's designed to be very precise over time, even where they suggest the results are randomly generated.

In impressive selection of virtual betting options

It's no different in that case to slots or virtual casinos, but given the option to bet on real live sport, where profit isn't actually guaranteed, I'd take the real thing all day long. With that said, bet365 do have an impressive collection of virtual sports, with 14 categories available in the likes of Soccer, horse Racing, Cricket, Tennis and more.

It's pretty fast-paced with not much to go on other than guessing the outcome, the odds are a little better than the real thing as you don't get short odds on favourites, so if you think that's worth the risk, there's a little more value across the markets, but not something I recommend playing - In My Opinion!

Does Bet365 Have Free To Play Games?

Bet365 finally dipped into the fantasy free games market recently with score predictors and fantasy games for their players. They have both paid and free-to-play games that result in cash prizes if you're successful. But this isn't a free payday, they're designed to be won very rarely and are often about luck over skill!

Fantasy games & free to play competitions

During the peak soccer season, you can play the scores challenge predictor games or the fantasy tournaments. The following are free games that have been available and may be subject to change.

  • 6 Scores Challenge Free to play: Win cash prizes by predicting the scores of six Soccer matches, every week. If you fall short on one or two predictions, there are prizes for three, four and five correctly predicted scores.
  • 4 Scores Challenge: Predict four correct scores from selected Soccer games and win cash for FREE!
  • Free4All: Win £10 in Free Bets by answering 4 questions correctly on selected events
Bet365 Fantasy Sports

In bet365's Fantasy Sports, you can build a squad and compete against other entries for Fantasy points – the players in your team will gain points based on their real-world performances, so you track actual events like a golf tournament or a soccer match. With different Tournament types available across multiple Sports every day, you can play Fantasy Sports all year round.

I found it really difficult to work out how to enter and I didn't feel like it was given much coverage across the site, leading me to believe it's not a core product that Bet365 give that much air time.

Some tournaments are free to enter with cash with prize pools and some are paid. It's a nice to have, tucked away behind the scenes but a bit of distraction from the actual sportsbook! These platforms might be found on other sites, so it's a networked app provided by a specialist provider and not a stand-alone bet365 product.

Is Bet365 Good For Begginers?

If you're a beginner to betting, we do recommend joining bet365 at some point. But if you're an absolute newbie, it could be seen to be more advanced, simply because it is. They've got more useful features for betting, lots of variable betting markets and it could come across as complicated.

Lots of useful features

It's almost like picking up a new piece of software on a computer, or installing a new app and having to learn how to use it from scratch.

If you do join Bet365 and you're new to betting. Start with something simple like a football match and pick a result, like a win or a draw or maybe a player to score anytime in the game. You'll want to learn more about betting before you learn more about Bet365. They have a handy betting rules section or why read some of our betting guides to help you on your way.

It's a great betting site and definitely a platform you should use at some stage in your betting career, just be wary I'd suggest it was an advanced betting site and should be respected in that way.

Bet365 Design & Mobile Usability Review

Bet365 App Review

The Bet365 mobile betting experience is no different to betting on a desktop. As a more advanced punter, I'm usually placing my bets on a desktop where I can see info more clearly and look into the stats. However, the mobile experience comes into its own when checking the bets in play.

The Bet365 app is lightning fast and feature full. I like the simple layout with a stripped down top bar that gives you just the basic info. It's not too cluttered which is how I think it's supposed to feel. It's a very simple layout compared to other sportsbook apps that have opted to throw everything and the kitchen sink in their app layout.

The live scores in-play and Match Live environment are again fast and reliable. Live streaming on mobile is quite high-res, even where the design is meant for small devices, the visuals are still high quality.

Review: Design & Usability

Bet365 have gone through a number of technical redesigns over the years, but they have always kept the layout simple. And in fact, it's been getting more simplified over the years making it very unique from other sportsbooks.

It's a bit more like a software application nowadays, with lots of different sections and subsections, so it's best to work out what you're betting on before you log in and you can either navigate through to the section you need or use the handy search bar in the menu which finds every betting market if you type close match words. Personally, I use the search bar every time, it's quick and gets you straight to your bet with no messing.

An unmistakable brand

Green and grey all day! You know the colours, it's an unmistakable brand pallet and that likely creates some kind of loyalty to the brand. The logo is actually white and yellow again unmistakable, but the simple grey and green sportsbook offers a sense of comfort, not too overwhelming, no glossy ads distracting you from your bets.

In the past when other betting sites change their branding, it can be disruptive, it gets on your nerves a little. But Bet365 have absolutely nailed their look and it rarely changes.

Bet365 Banking Review

Review: Banking

Bet365 have an ultra-fast banking process if you use a popular payment method like a debit card or through one of their 3rd party payment processors like PayPal or Paysafecard. They split your bonuses from your cash balance which is really useful, so you're not misled by promotions like on some betting sites where you accept a promo and then your balance is locked until you hit the wagering.

Super simple banking

The banking section is once again super simple, you've got your balances, deposit and withdrawal sections and somewhere to manage your cards, really subtle and really simple. Bet365 put lots of emphasis on responsible spending and you can easily access the gambling controls through the banking section of the site.

Review: Depositing

As of June 2023 these were the deposit limits for bet365. It's pretty standard as a list of payment methods goes. I guess the less you have the more reliable your partners are. I've always found betting sites that have too many processing types are trying to squeeze as many sources of income as possible, which tends to lead them to use less trusted methods.

Review: Withdrawals

Withdrawals are normally pretty fast, when I withdraw money to the same debit card I paid with, I get the cash in my bank pretty quickly usually less than 24hrs. I'm a standard punter so stick with pretty trusted methods like Visa Debit or Master Card Debit -n these types are pretty fast for processing withdrawals, but other debit cards have been known to be slower up to 3 business days.

Payment Method Fee Process Time Min Max Type

Review: Cryptocurrency

There's no crypto depositing on Bet365, but I guess you could convert cryptocurrency in PayPal and fund your account that way. But you're probably going to run into PayPal fees, so it's not recommended just for the sake of using your digital currencies.

Bet365 Support & Customer Service Review

Review: Customer Support

I've never had any issues with Bet365 and over the years I've always found them quite responsive. Issues tend to be related to confusion over betting rules or often some bets taking longer to pay out because of delayed results. But I can't say I've ever had any issues related to payment or payment processing as I stick with my trusted debit card methods.

With that said Bet365 comes across as quite transparent in their approach to support with access to live chat, email and web messaging, which is like raising a ticket in your account admin area. They have their support information listed on their contact page where they'd prefer you to access them from: https://help.bet365.com/en/contact

Bet365 Review FAQs

  • Is Bet365 Any Good?

Bet365 really is one of the best betting platforms in the world. I've been using the site for as long as I can remember (around 20 years) and have always had a bet365 account as one of my trusted platforms.
