Home Goals Per Game Under 1.5 - Both Teams Combined
The total home goals per game under 1.5 per team, includes their's and their opponent's goals each game.
Home stats explained
On this page you'll find the stats for teams when they play at home. The calculation still includes both teams in the fixture. But take Real Madrid for example, this table shows the number of Real Madrid home games that were under 1.5 goals combined.
Under 1.5 goals per game explained
This is a goals per game market and includes both playing teams in the calculation. There has to be no more than 1 goal in the game for it to win and that doesn't matter if that's from both teams or just one team. So as a maximum the game can be 0-0, 1-0 or 0-1 which are all under 1.5 anything above that, as soon as it goes over, your bet has lost.
It's displayed as 1.5 because there has been some historical confusion over the interpretation because of other markets like 1 or less, which allows for an equals or less than outcome. The under 1.5 market can not be mistaken in theory, we're not asking the punter to select an equal or under value, it's an under only value.
How to bet on under 1.5 goals
Under 1.5 isn't normally an option in that exact format. Most sportsbooks normally have an over 1.5 goals section of the fixture betting page. It's a yes or no bet, you find the fixture you want to bet on, find the over 1.5 goals section and you click no to add the bet to your betting slip, which signifies that you think the game will not go over 1.5. If you can't find the bet, it's likely that the bookie may be offering a 1 or more market instead. Failing that you can normally find it in the modern bet builder functionality for those betting sites that have that available.
A risky bet that can be over quickly
We're not a fan of those bets that can lose before 90mins, you're out of the running early and it can ruin accas. The problem with an under 1.5 bet is that two early goals in a game, means that its over fairly quickly for you. If you like to bet for fun whilst watching a days fixtures on sports TV, then we advise picking results that can still be in with a chance running up to the end of the match.
